Suzanne Donovan is the founding Executive Director of the SERP Institute, an organization that engages in problem-solving research and development in collaboration with school districts and university researchers.
Her work establishing and leading highly productive partnerships spans geographic areas, content areas and grade levels, and has produced many widely-used programs and resources.
Prior to founding the SERP Institute, she was the study director for numerous education studies at the National Research Council, including several widely circulated studies in the "How People Learn" series.
Her doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley, is in Public Policy with a specialization in Economics.
